1. Data Collected for Gemini API & Image Processing

Our app provides AI-powered prompt generation by utilizing the Google Gemini API. To provide this service, the following data is processed:

• Image Uploads: When you select an image to generate a prompt, the image is securely uploaded to our server and sent to Gemini API for analysis.
• AI Analysis: The AI analyzes the visual content to generate descriptive text. We do not use your private images for training AI models.
• Backend Storage: Uploaded images are stored on our secure servers to allow you to retrieve your generated prompts.

2. Technology Articles & Tutorials

Our application includes a dedicated section for technology articles and tutorials provided by ALL TIPS NOW.

• Educational Content: Users can read technology-related blogs and guides directly within the app without providing any personal information.
• External Links: Articles may contain links to our official platforms for further learning. We do not track your reading behavior or collect data regarding article interactions.

3. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties (APIs)

We share necessary information with the following service providers to ensure app functionality:

• Google Gemini API: Receives image data to generate AI prompts.
• Google AdMob: Receives Advertising IDs to serve relevant advertisements.
• Firebase (FCM): Used to deliver push notifications and app updates.

4. Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our app uses standard tracking technologies (like Advertising IDs) to remember your preferences and show advertisements through AdMob. You can reset your Advertising ID via your Android device settings.

5. GDPR and Your Data Protection Rights

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), we use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to collect your explicit consent before showing personalized ads. You have the right to request the deletion of any data associated with you.

6. Children's Privacy Policy (Target Audience)

In compliance with Google Play's Families Policy and COPPA:

• Not for Children: Prompt Store - Image to Prompt is NOT intended for use by children under the age of 13.
• No Data Collection: We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
• Target Audience: Our app is designed for a general audience (18+).

7. Storage & Device Permissions

The app requires READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permissions to pick images from your gallery for prompt generation and to save results. These permissions are only used when you initiate these actions.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures (SSL/HTTPS) to protect your data during transmission between the app and our secure backend servers.

9. Data Deletion Request (Non-Account Users)

Since Prompt Store - Image to Prompt does not require a user account, we identify data based on your unique Device ID. To delete your uploaded content:

• Email us at promptstore2026@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
• Include your Device ID (found in the app's About section).
• Once verified, all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7-10 business days.
